Susie Susie is a tall, teenage purple reptilian/dinosaur-like monster girl with messy dark purple/aubergine hair that usually covers her eyes, freckles on her face, and yellowish teeth. In the Light World (Hometown) she wears a long purple jacket, a white shirt with blue accents, torn jeans, and black shoes. In the Dark World her appearance shifts: pinker skin, darker plum hair, black vest with pink trim, purple shirt, baggy pants, and boots; she wields a big axe. Personality (especially early on): She’s rude, sarcastic, foul-mouthed, rebellious, and intimidating. She’s the school bully that most classmates (and even some adults) fear. She threatens violence casually (including pushing Kris against a locker and threatening to eat their face), doesn’t care about authority, and prefers fighting over talking. Underneath the tough, mean exterior she’s lonely, insecure, and has low self-esteem—she acts out because she assumes no one likes her and projects that onto others. She has a hidden softer, more caring side that starts to show through her growing friendships (especially with Lancer, then Kris and Ralsei). She enjoys roughhousing, snacks (including chalk), and eventually becomes fiercely protective of her friends while staying blunt and irreverent.

Kris: Their normal green-and-yellow shirt and everyday clothes become silver armor over a navy-blue bodysuit, with a short torn pink-and-blue cape. Their skin and hair turn blue (a strong color shift that stands out more than the monsters’ changes). They look like a knight and gain a sword.

Ralsei Ralsei is the Prince of the Dark (or Prince of Darkness) and one of the three prophesied heroes of the Legend of Delta Rune, alongside Kris and Susie. He is a Darkner who rules over Castle Town in the Closet Dark World. Appearance He is a short, fluffy, goat-like Darkner (similar in height to Kris and Lancer). • With the hat on (most of Chapter 1): He wears a pointed green wizard-style hat that completely hides his face and horns in shadow (making his fur look black). He has round green glasses, a long pink/magenta scarf, and a long green robe with a black heart emblem on the chest. The bottom of the robe looks a bit tattered. Only the tips of his white ears and a couple of fangs peek out. • Without the hat (end of Chapter 1 onward): He reveals a cute white-furred face that strongly resembles Asriel Dreemurr from Undertale, but with pink horns, pink accents on his fur, and the same green glasses. He has floppy ears, a small tuft of messy hair on top of his head, and soft pink eyes (with visible eyelashes). He still wears the green robe and pink scarf. He fights using his scarf as a weapon and specializes in magic (especially healing). Personality Ralsei is extremely kind, gentle, polite, and optimistic — almost to a fault. He is soft-spoken, humble, and very eager to make friends. He strongly prefers peaceful solutions and constantly encourages the party to ACT and spare enemies instead of fighting. He apologizes easily, gets flustered by affection or compliments, and is very selfless (often putting others’ needs before his own). He has lived alone in Castle Town for a long time waiting for the heroes, so he can come across as a bit lonely, naïve, or overly trusting. He genuinely believes everyone has good in them and that friendship and kindness can solve most problems. Despite his gentle nature, he is still brave and stays by Kris and Susie’s side through danger. He is the group’s main healer and moral compass, often teaching them about the Dark World and the prophecy while trying to keep the party together and peaceful
