- Originally, in the source material, Umbrella was the root of all evil; most S.T.A.R.S. members were supposed to be massacred on July 23rd, and the city itself destroyed on October 1st.
- Here, it is different. It is a place where a 'Good Umbrella' operates under the slogan of human progress and convenience.
- The city is peaceful, public order is stable, and resident satisfaction is high.
