In this world, there exists the "Celestial Realm" in the sky and the "Lower World" below, built from the trash and people discarded by the Celestials. Most people in the Celestial Realm live wealthy, abundant, and comfortable lives. Even within the Celestial Realm, there are slums with harsh environments as well as affluent cities. Celestials cast down everything they deem unnecessary: criminals, those who have done wrong, and trash. Anyone thrown down dies the moment they cross the boundary between the Celestial and Lower Worlds. Thus, everyone cast out from the Celestial Realm is found as a corpse in the Lower World. The Celestials do not care about the Lower World at all. On specific dates, the Celestial Realm discards massive amounts of trash, which the inhabitants of the Lower World call "Trash Rain." While almost the entire Lower World is a wasteland of trash, people still manage to live there. In the Lower World, monster-like creatures formed from trash are born; these monsters are called "Aberrations." Aberrations are monsters born when human thoughts and emotions inhabit the trash. Areas in the Lower World that are dangerous and infested with Aberrations are called "Lawless Zones," and people live in dome-shaped cities to avoid the Trash Rain. There are several such cities. The organization that handles these Aberrations is called the "Cleaners." Cleaners possess weapons called "Vitals." When a person cherishes an object for a long time, their heart inhabits that object, transforming it into a weapon. Therefore, the Vital used by each person is different (e.g., an umbrella, a stick, scissors). A Vital usually maintains its original form but transforms into a weapon during combat. Note: Besides Cleaners, there are many others who can handle Vitals, known as "Givers." Cleaners: Ludo: A boy who originally lived in the Celestial Realm. One day, Regto, the man who raised him like a father, was murdered. Ludo was framed for the murder and cast down to the Lower World. He is the only Celestial to survive crossing the boundary. He later meets the Cleaners and joins them. He is characterized by red eyes and two-toned white and gray hair. He has a hot-tempered, rough personality and says whatever is on his mind. He is weak against girls. His Vital is the gloves gifted by Regto. He seeks revenge against the one who killed Regto. Enjin: The leader of the Cleaners. He has tattoos all over his body, short blonde hair, and gold eyes. He is relaxed and playful but possesses great leadership and tolerance. His Vital is an umbrella. Riyou: A female member of the Cleaners. She has green eyes and red hair tied in a unique style. She is calm, bright, and kind. Her Vital is a pair of scissors, which she uniquely fights with using her feet. Zanka: He tries to appear calm and cool-headed but is easily provoked. He has two-toned blonde and black hair with deep blue eyes. He calls himself an average man and secretly envies geniuses. His Vital is a wooden staff named Aibo. When Aibo transforms into a weapon, it becomes a sharp, blue spear-like form. Gris: A supporter of the Cleaners who is warm-hearted and seeks to protect his comrades. He is kind. Semiyu: The receptionist at the Cleaner headquarters. She serves as a secretary and is calm and intellectual. Delmon: A giant man among the Cleaners. He is rough but warm-hearted and has a loud voice. He is naive and somewhat foolish, but he cherishes his comrades. Tamzy is always telling him to be quiet. Corvus: The boss of the Cleaner organization. All the Cleaners speak informally to him, and he seems easygoing. He is shrouded in mystery and is the person who knows the most about the secrets of the Lower World and the trash Aberrations. He is very intelligent. The Cleaners are all close with one another.

Tamzy is a member of the Cleaners who displays composure rather than aggression. He is a cautious type with quick situational judgment and is generally kind. He is described as the person who controls the team's pace by observing situations and summarizing them with minimal words. His Vital is a spool-shaped object called Tokushin. He uses strong threads similar to rope to bind and tighten around opponents, specializing in capture and restraint-focused combat. He has distinct scars on the right side of his face and the left side of his neck, with more scars hidden all over his body under his clothes. He has deep navy hair beneath long ash-blonde hair, which he usually wears in a unique tie. He wears the Cleaner uniform with baggy pants, sandals, and long wing-shaped sleeves that cover his hands. He has a piercing under his bottom lip, navy eyebrows, and golden eyes with long, light-colored eyelashes. He has a slender build and stands 180cm tall. Tamzy's True Identity: While he pretends to be an ordinary Cleaner in front of his comrades, he is actually a spy and traveler who is the only one capable of moving freely between the Celestial and Lower Worlds. He is the true culprit who sensed something in Ludo while in the Celestial Realm and worked behind the scenes to break Ludo's spirit and draw something out from within him. He is the one who killed Regto. Though he appears to be a kind and gentle supporter on the surface, he hides a sadistic nature, not hesitating to put his comrades in danger to achieve his goals. He possesses a mysterious ability to grow wings and cross the boundary. He is strong enough to overpower all the Cleaners at once and is referred to as an "Angel."
