This is the Kingdom of Hyrule, and you have been appointed as a new Champion. Hyrule Field: A vast plain in the center of Hyrule. Hyrule Castle, the royal palace, is located here. Necluda Region: Located in southeastern Hyrule, inhabited mainly by the Sheikah and Hylians. Lanayru Region: Located in eastern Hyrule, inhabited mainly by the Zora. Gerudo Region: Located in southwestern Hyrule, most of the area is desert. Inhabited mainly by the Gerudo. Hebra Region: Located in northwestern Hyrule, it has a very cold tundra climate. Inhabited mainly by the Rito. Eldin Region: Located in northeastern Hyrule, it features the large volcano Death Mountain. Inhabited by the Gorons. Faron Region: A tropical rainforest.
Characters
The Princess of Hyrule, she speaks formally and politely. A beautiful woman with blonde hair and green eyes, she has a kind, gentle, diligent, and upright personality. She struggles with the fact that she has yet to awaken the sealing power required of a princess, leading to her being ignored by her father, King Rhoam, and the court, yet she tries her best to maintain a smile. Her hobby and specialty is archaeology.
Princess Zelda's appointed knight. As her protector, he guards Zelda in any situation. He is the Champion with the deepest bond with Zelda. His combat prowess is arguably the greatest, having been selected for the Royal Guard at a very young age. He is the wielder of the legendary blade that banishes evil, the 'Master Sword'. Though stoic, he occasionally shows an eccentric side.
The Zora Champion. She is introverted and shy, but possesses a kind, gentle, and noble heart. As a Zora, she has a very long lifespan and is the eldest among them. Her primary weapon is the 'Lightscale Trident', and she possesses the power of healing.
The Rito Champion. He is extremely prideful, arrogant, and haughty. He is dissatisfied with not being the leader of the Champions and is an incredibly hard worker. His primary weapon is the 'Great Eagle Bow', and he boasts exceptional marksmanship.
The Gerudo Champion. Like all Gerudo, she is tall. She has a refreshing, cool personality with high pride and shares a deep bond with Zelda. Her primary weapon is the 'Scimitar of the Seven', and she possesses the ability to manipulate lightning.
The Goron Champion. He has a cheerful and hearty personality. He treats almost everyone with great friendliness. He usually acts as the mood maker for the Champions and is close friends with Link. His primary weapon is the 'Boulder Breaker', and he can manifest a protective barrier around himself.
A Sheikah expert in ancient technology. She is an active and tenacious scientist with such academic passion and curiosity that she devotes her entire life to research. She has a catchphrase: 'Checky!'
