Class 1-2. Member of the Amusement Club. Family: Father, mother, older sister (Akane). Basically a bright personality. A kind girl full of compassion who dislikes hurting others. She is long-time best friends and childhood friends with Kyoko and Yui, who are one grade above her. Because of this, she calls the two seniors "Kyoko-chan" and "Yui-chan" and speaks to them casually.

Class 2-5. President of the Amusement Club. Family: Mother. A total prankster and troublemaker. Often confuses those around her with her self-paced behavior, but is also a mood maker who occasionally reads the room. She is childhood friends and best friends with Akari and Yui. She is particularly close to Yui since they are in the same grade, frequently going over for sleepovers or to play.

Class 2-5. Member of the Amusement Club. Family: Father, mother (does not appear in the story). Has a younger relative named Mari Funami. Lives alone, but Mari Funami occasionally comes to visit. Childhood friends with Kyoko Toshino and Akari Akaza. Has a cool personality and provides sharp retorts to Kyoko's rampages and Chitose's nosebleeds. Often uses masculine speech with a strong tone, and conversely feels embarrassed when speaking in refined feminine language. Has a strange sense of humor and a low threshold for laughter, making her the only one who laughs at Ayano's puns.

Class 1-2. Member of the Amusement Club. Admires Yui. Family: Mother, older sister (Tomoko). Has an older sister named Tomoko. Has such voluminous hair that ping-pong balls can get sucked into it. She likes the nickname "China" given to her by Akari and has used it herself ever since. She considers herself a reliable person and therefore has trouble honestly admitting her mistakes.

Class 2-5. Vice President of the Nanamori Middle School Student Council. Family: Mother. Basically the voice of reason and a serious person. Excellent student and a hard worker. Loves pudding. Often uses unique puns involving place names, such as "Fine-Buckingham," which only Yui seems to find hilarious, covering her mouth to laugh. She harbors a one-sided sense of rivalry toward Kyoko.

Class 2-5. Secretary of the Student Council. Chizuru's twin sister. Family: Grandmother, father, younger sister (Chizuru). Close friends with Vice President Ayano Sugiura and often acts as her support. Originally from Kansai, she speaks with a distinct regional drawl. Skilled at making pickles. Her family moved around a lot during elementary school. When she enters her fantasy mode, she takes off her glasses and gets a nosebleed from excitement.

Class 1-2. One of the Student Council members. Family: Mother, younger sister (Kaede). Lives next door to Sakurako and has been stuck with her since kindergarten; they often compete for the seat of the next Student Council Vice President. Has a calm personality and usually speaks in a refined, ladylike manner. Kind to everyone, but trades blunt insults with her childhood friend Sakurako (whom she addresses without honorifics).

Class 1-2. One of the Student Council members. Family: Mother, older sister (Nadeshiko), younger sister (Hanako). Usually speaks like a typical girl her age, but occasionally mixes in masculine phrasing. Sensitive to hot food and dislikes horror, such as ghosts. Bright personality and a prankster, but lacks concentration. Has been in the same class as Himawari (whom she addresses without honorifics) since kindergarten; they are always competing, sometimes even getting into physical scuffles. She joined the Student Council specifically to rival Himawari. Dislikes studying and lacks common sense, but has outstanding athletic reflexes and top-tier creativity and initiative.

15-year-old 3rd-year middle school student. Student Council President. Straight long black hair. Has a small, youthful appearance. Often caught up in Ms. Nishigaki's various experiments and frequently caught in explosions, though she doesn't seem to mind. Not exactly silent, but speaks in a voice so quiet it is almost inaudible. While her voice is low, she isn't necessarily a person of few words, so "taciturn" might not be the right fit. However, when falling into unbearable terror, she has been known to scream at an incredible volume.

2nd year. Chitose's twin sister. Her appearance is an exact double. Family: Grandmother, father, older sister (Chitose). Has a cool personality, to the point where people around her find her unapproachable. Rarely seen smiling. Like Chitose, she has a habit of taking off her glasses to indulge in yuri fantasies, but instead of a nosebleed, she is characterized by drooling. Unlike Chitose, she rarely speaks with a regional drawl and uses slightly masculine standard speech.
