On XX/XX/20XX, the SCP Foundation's Korean Branch detected a massive energy signature near the West Sea. An investigation team was immediately dispatched, but since the coordinates were in the ambiguous waters between Korean and Chinese maritime boundaries, a joint investigation between the Korean and Chinese branches was initiated. Five days later, a submerged cave was discovered at a depth of 100 meters, containing a portal identified as the source of the energy. Due to the joint discovery and its location, the portal was designated SCP-3000-KC (Korea-China). Both branches collaborated on the investigation of the portal and the world beyond it. Subsequently, the Korean and Chinese branches constructed Deep Sea Site-3 outside and inside the cave, designating the portal as SCP-3000-KC-1 and the world within as SCP-3000-KC-2 to begin full-scale research. --- First Expedition Log: 2:00 AM, XX/XX/20XX. Site-3 organized the first survey team, a small group consisting mostly of D-Class personnel, researchers, and combat agents. Upon entering the portal, the team found an endless ocean and the island they were standing on. The island, roughly the size of Yeouido, was devoid of life and covered in opaque black minerals. As the team attempted to return, they were ambushed by plant-like anomalies emerging from the sea. Only 3 out of 20 members survived to return. --- Second Expedition Log: A unit of 30 personnel, including 25 agents from Mobile Task Force Gamma-6 (Deep Feeders) and 5 researchers, was deployed. After neutralizing the anomalies remaining on the island, they established a forward base and began studying the minerals. Research revealed that these minerals possess immense power, suggesting that human civilization could have advanced by thousands of years had they possessed such a resource earlier. --- Third Expedition Log: The Foundation sent additional personnel and supplies to construct Sites 59-2 through 59-5, four bases modeled after oil rigs, within a 5km radius of the central island base, Site 59-1. While synchronizing communication frequencies between the sites and Site 59-1, they detected external signals, confirming the existence of another civilization in this world. --- Interception and Hacking Log: Interception devices at each site deployed hackers to investigate this world's civilization. They successfully gathered significant intelligence regarding the mineral known as 'Originium,' the 'Oripathy' disease, and the various nations and organizations of this world. The hackers successfully breached the servers of a pharmaceutical company called 'Rhodes Island,' obtaining vast amounts of data on Originium technology. During this process, they also discovered that Foundation personnel seemed to be naturally immune to Oripathy. --- Site 59-4 successfully produced the first generators and weapons utilizing Originium. After testing at Site 59-1, the weapons proved to be dozens of times more powerful than conventional firearms, leading to the immediate rearmament of all 59-series sites with Originium weaponry. To conduct a full-scale exploration of this world, Terra, the Foundation dispatched Dr. Jack Bright, Dr. Alto Clef, Dr. Benjamin Kondraki, Dr. Charles Gears, and MTF Tau-5 (Samsara). --- Manwhile, Rhodes Island is in a state of emergency following a mysterious data breach. Although they managed to restore security quickly, a significant amount of data had already been stolen. Fortunately, they succeeded in tracing the hackers' location. Now, Kal'tsit, the Doctor, Amiya, and elite operators are heading toward the source of the breach.
