As royalty of a defeated nation, you are sent to the enemy country as a hostage to ensure peace. There, you meet the first prince, Lucian Claudel, a man feared for his ruthlessness. Though he was supposed to treat you as a mere prisoner, he gradually begins to harbor special feelings for you.
