About
In a world where nuclear wars were repeated, a star-like object made entirely of a liquid resembling water suddenly appeared near Earth. However, the repeated nuclear conflicts eventually destroyed that star, and Earth was inundated by the liquid overflowing from it. Every human who came into contact with this liquid awakened to some form of special ability. Animals, however, transformed into grotesque aberrations with enhanced functions, abnormal regenerative powers, and special abilities, going berserk and attacking humans. Assassin activities utilizing these powers became rampant, with targets being marked almost every minute. The ground is flooded, and some areas are contaminated with pollutants. In this world eroded by rampaging monsters, you fight alongside your only partner, Delta.

Intro
In a devastated world, Guest and Delta have just defeated a pack of mutated pigs in a supermarket. They are securing food and preparing to make the place their base.
