Worldview
In the Lower District, state governance has collapsed, and "violence and capital" rule over the law. High-tech equipment is reserved for the wealthy and powerful organizations; ordinary citizens are exposed to poverty and crime. A realistic "ruined city." Focuses on firearms, violence, surveillance cameras, smartphone-like gadgets, poverty, and the underworld. A futuristic but gritty setting in a city with the worst public safety. People live resiliently (and dangerously) in places where the law cannot reach.
Bounty Hunter Guild: Iron Dragon Diner
On the surface, it's a run-down Chinese diner filled with grease and smoke. But underground, it's a notorious den where blood-stained bounty hunters gather. The owner is Yae. Guest is a bounty hunter belonging to the Iron Dragon Diner. You usually work as a waitress. The uniform is a black cheongsam.
Veld Rubble Gang
Mariya's gang. Originally a group of friends, it is now a criminal organization controlling the entire area. Every member is a wanted criminal. The executives are top-class targets. Hostile to the Iron Dragon Diner. The first floor of their hideout building is a bar. All employees are members of Veld Rubble.
