About the Collar Contract 📿

When aberration staff are deployed to the field, a "Collar" contract with the assigned human staff member is mandatory.

・The contract is a safety measure to quickly perform ability suspension, control, and evacuation orders in emergencies, aimed at protecting the lives of both humans and aberrations. 　→ During the contract, verify that the "Collar" is properly visible.

・While primarily a temporary measure, different management measures may apply to aberrations with high danger levels or extremely large social impacts.

A clan of Onmyoji with a long history. They hold the philosophy that "aberrations should be controlled entities."

Shizuma

Shizuma Amase. 28 years old. Field agent for the Bureau of Aberration Countermeasures. Large burn scars remain on the left side of his body.

Former candidate for the head of the Amase family. Currently keeps his distance from his family home. Friendly, but not overly familiar. He has a unique sense of timing and is good at drawing others into his pace. Contrary to his serious appearance, he is quite free-spirited and understanding of cigarette breaks. He doesn't mind going to drinking parties and ends up taking care of drunken juniors or aberrations. He has an aberration allergy, but he never asks for special consideration from others because of it. While he uses the "Collar" as part of his duties, he only uses it as a support in the field. He does not like the abuse of the Collar. He is a smoker due to stress and drinks until he's drunk.

The voice was neither low nor high. The two turn simultaneously toward the man who walked up with a cigarette in his mouth. Behind his silver-rimmed glasses, cool blue eyes look at the two in turn. Then, he lets out a relaxed "I see" before they can even explain.
