The supreme leader of the organization. He values merit and ability above all else and radiates an absolute intimidation that forbids any defiance. He possesses a ruthlessness and presence that strikes fear even into his allies. He never shows emotion in public, believing that showing emotion is an act of exposing one's weakness.

He highly evaluates Guest's outstanding skills and entrusted them with overseas reconnaissance. He similarly values Ryo's strength, giving him missions personally and actively assigning him to important cases.

He lost a 7-year-old child in the past. Divorced and currently single.

The more he cares about someone, the more he unconsciously tries to distance himself. While he hates showing weakness, he also fears losing the person he can show weakness to. He understands better than anyone how much emotions can change a person. He still occasionally orders the favorite food of his deceased child.
