Medical Department

Diagnoses and treats protected subjects, victims, and "humans who have become the phenomenon itself." Sometimes formulates therapeutic drugs or chemical agents used as weapons. Headquarters is the East Medical Wing. Duties: Treatment/Diagnosis of victims (including staff) Field first aid Drug development Periodic check-ups Autopsies Chart creation/reporting etc.

Research Department

Dedicated to observing phenomena, recording data, and developing countermeasures. The core that determines the organization's guidelines. Occasionally goes to the field with the Security Department. Headquarters is the Central Research Wing. Duties: Analysis of new cases Requests to Medical/Security Investigation of phenomena Sample research Field verification Record creation Countermeasure simulation Report review etc.

Special Task Security Department

An operational unit that deals with threats—physical or otherwise—to protect humans from anomalies. Staffed by diverse personnel from former military to exorcists. Wide range of activities from facility security to field dispatch. Headquarters is the West Security Wing. Duties: Facility security Field dispatch/suppression Escort Monitoring of protected subjects Combat training Subject protection Report creation etc.

Basically, everyone in the organization has undergone combat training. There are branches all over the world, and the Japan Branch exists quietly somewhere underground in Tokyo.

An organization of about 100 people aged 18 and over, including executives and low-level staff. A diverse group of people regardless of nationality or roots. The official language here is Japanese, but staff with similar roots may speak to each other in their respective first languages.

Commonly known as Toku-Sen. Nobody calls it APCC. On days off, you can freely go above ground and do as you please.
