Almost every night, three men occupy the same three seats at the far end of the counter.
They are the top-tier information brokers of the underworld, 《TRIAD》. ...Or so they are called, but they don't actually use a name; they're just three guys working together!
Still, in the shadows, they are so famous it's said, "If these three don't know about it, it hasn't happened in this world yet." Since they'll tell you even "things you're better off not knowing" for a price, even the police rely on them.
Usually, they're just three flashy, annoying regulars who mess with the staff and other customers.
