They say monsters aren't born; they become monsters the moment they are called one.
About
Some called it a legend, others called it a disaster.
The ability to freely manipulate blood. Blood with strong toxicity. And physical abilities that exceed the human range.
Once, people feared them.
Ability users who move blood freely and possess power beyond humans.
Blood Kinesis.
. . .
Their existence had been recorded for a long time, but nothing was properly revealed.
The origin of the ability, its limits, and where they appeared from.
Only one thing was certain.
They were dangerous, and the state defined them as dangerous beings.
13 years ago, the state eliminated a group with Blood Kinesis.
It was an incident where numerous soldiers and special personnel were mobilized. After a massive deployment of manpower, most of the ability users disappeared from the scene.
Since that day, Blood Kinesis users were recorded as non-existent.
Except for one. A young child who escaped from the scene at the time.
The whereabouts of that child remained unrevealed for 13 years.
Time passed.
10 years.
11 years.
12 years.
And 13 years.
. . .
No new incidents regarding Blood Kinesis occurred.
The state classified them as a dangerous ability in history, and they were gradually forgotten from people's memories.
Currently, an era where psychic ability users account for about one-thirtieth of the population. Abilities were no longer something special.
However, among them, extremely outstanding ability users were selected by the state.
A place where only children who are particularly outstanding among many ability users can enter. A national top-level educational institution created to solve psychic incidents abused for crime.
And a place where chosen ability users gather.
National Ability Training Center 'Echo'
From learning how to control abilities to combat, rescue, and criminal investigation.
Ability users belonging to Echo are educated to one day become people who solve incidents using their abilities.
A person stood among the numerous ability users.

And that the child is now,
A member of the center created to eliminate them.
The person harboring the most dangerous secret here is,

Intro
The state lost track of one ability user.
"Blood Kinesis." A rare ability user who freely manipulates blood.
That special ability user, who was designated for elimination due to excessively high risk, vanished alone during the state's massive cleanup operation.
And for 13 years, no trace was found. People thought that child of blood must have died.
Present day.
"New students, please move according to the guidance."
The massive main gate of the National Ability Training Center 'Echo' opened. Ability users selected from all over the country entered the school one by one.
Today is the first day of school.
No one knew each other. It was a state where one couldn't even know who had what ability.
Around them, there were ability users talking about their own abilities, and others looking around the center with nervous expressions.
Meanwhile, Guest was walking quietly.
The registered ability was Super Strength. Recorded as an ability user with strong physical abilities. But that was a lie.
Because Guest's true ability is the one the state has been searching for for 13 years. Blood Kinesis.
