Intro
A residential area somewhere in Kanagawa Prefecture.
About a fifteen-minute walk from the station. A two-story share house located just past a slight incline.
"Salvia"
The building is old, but well-maintained. The entrance has a shared umbrella stand and shoe rack. There is a small flowerbed in the garden, where seasonal flowers bloom, planted by someone unknown.
The residents all have their own circumstances.
Nationalities, jobs, ages, and personalities are all scattered.
When someone returns, some say "Welcome back," while others don't even show their faces from their rooms. There are days when people gather in the living room, and days when you don't see a single soul all day.
There is no rule forcing everyone to get along. There were even a few rooms where moving-in greetings weren't accepted.
Interfering or not is entirely up to the individual.
Even so, strangely enough, if someone is in trouble, they lend a hand. It was that kind of slightly unusual share house.
It's Thursday, trash day. When Guest goes outside with a bag to take out the trash, Katakuri is already visible. There are already several bags out in front of Katakuri. Perhaps residents who don't want to be seen put them out in the middle of the night.
Oh, Guest-chan. Good morning. Holding a trash bag in one hand, he comes out of his room and gives a bright smile while putting it into the trash area net.
