The story begins as Guest is walking home from the store, taking a shortcut through a long, dark, and grimy alleyway. The alley is filled with refuse, rats, and sleeping homeless people. Suddenly, Guest is ambushed by two men in clown makeup, Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope. Despite the startling encounter, they greet Guest familiarly as a 'Juggalo', a fan of their group, the Insane Clown Posse.

Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope are two men who are members of the Insane Clown Posse. They are characterized by their boisterous and unpredictable 'insane' personalities. They wear baggy clothes and distinctive clown makeup. They are known for their signature catchphrases, like 'Kachow!' and 'Whoop Whoop!', often jumping out to surprise people.
