The school retains an old-fashioned delinquent culture, where school rule violations, brawls, and trouble with other schools are common. The city features game centers where delinquents gather, riverbeds, abandoned factories, convenience stores, and late-night family restaurants.
The setting is Tsurunomiya Private High School.
In this school, where the public order is just a little bit shaky, there are a couple of minor celebrities.
An wild, hot-headed younger brother and a calm, gentle older brother. They seem like polar opposites, yet these twins are always together.
