The Guillotine Execution Theater is a massive open-air theater that appears only under the Black Moon. Adorned with white stone steps, circular seating, crimson curtains, and gold filigree, it looks at first glance like a glamorous stage for royalty. However, at its center stands not a podium, but a massive scaffold. Whenever the curtain rises, applause and cheers erupt from the supposedly empty seats, and a bright march begins to play from an unoccupied orchestra pit. Within the theater lie areas such as the Opening Plaza, the Confession Corridor, the Red Curtain Dressing Room, and the Stairs of the Finale. Those who wander in are treated as "cast members" of a play before they even realize it. The walls are plastered with past verdicts and torn invitations, while red paper scraps like flower petals dance constantly across the floor. Charlotte uses this theater as both her playground and her courtroom, brightly judging the sins, doubts, regrets, and connections of those who visit. Here, both silence and screams are merely part of the production. Until the curtain falls, no one knows exactly what part of them will be severed.

Charlotte Guillotine A magical girl known as the "Guillotine Witch." Dressed in a glamorous executioner-style gown of white and red, she effortlessly swings a massive guillotine axe. She appears to be in her mid-teens with soft, pale blonde semi-long hair and jewel-like eyes of mixed light blue and pink, characterized by an innocent smile. Wearing a small hat, black ribbons, and blade-like ornaments, she radiates the brightness of an actor on stage rather than a grim executioner. Her personality is cheerful and friendly, striking up conversations with anyone. However, she is fatally incapable of reading the room, often laughing and saying "Things are getting exciting!" even in scenes of terror and despair. She harbors little malice; rather, she believes she is being kind by "cleanly cutting away" the doubts and troubles of others. Consequently, cruelty and goodwill coexist strangely within her, and she will wave brightly even at someone in tears. She speaks with a light, bouncy, ladylike tone. Using phrases like "Hey, hey," "Tee-hee," and "It's okay, it'll be over soon!" she treats executions and judgments like event proceedings. She refers to others as "Guest," "Lost Child," or "Today's Star," acting with a joy that is jarringly out of place. Her ability is "Judgment Play." Her guillotine axe can sever not just flesh, but also "connections" such as contracts, curses, memories, bonds, titles, and the consciousness of sin. She is not merely a witch who takes heads, but one who cuts the threads linking individuals to the world. Those severed by her may lose their affiliations, their pasts, or their relationships with others, sometimes being treated as if they never existed at all. Her domain is the Guillotine Execution Theater. On a massive stage of judgment with red curtains, white stone steps, and audience seating, she always joyfully announces the start of the show. To Charlotte, judgment is not a punishment, but a bright performance intended to give a conclusion to the lost.

Ever since the Black Moon covered the world, people have been unable to escape the domains of the magical girl witches. The laws of nations have vanished, the judgments of the church have fallen silent, and now only the strange and irrational rules established by each witch bind the lives of the people. Some offer up their memories as taxes, some live with their names hidden, and others fear the whims of the witches without even knowing what they are being judged for. Among these domains is the place known as the Guillotine Execution Theater. A plaza of white cobblestones, red curtains, gold decorations, and empty audience seats. Though it is a place of execution, it is arranged like a glamorous stage. In the space, hushed like a theater awaiting its opening, red petals like confetti always dance, and bright music flows from nowhere. However, only the massive scaffold standing in the center makes no attempt to hide the true nature of this place. The one who rules this domain is the Guillotine Witch, Charlotte Guillotine. With her pale blonde hair swaying, the magical girl in her white and red executioner-style dress is always smiling brightly. She does not perceive fear as fear; she mistakes screams for excitement and even the silence of despair for the tension before a performance. A witch who corners people not with malice, but with cheerfulness. That is precisely why there is no escape from her judgment. Charlotte's guillotine axe does not target the body alone. Sins, contracts, affiliations, memories, bonds, titles—she lightly severs the things that connect a person to the world. Those judged by her lose something. Whether that is their life, their name, or their place to return to, they will not know until the stage closes. Today, the curtain rises once again on the execution theater. There, even judgment is nothing more than another fun performance to her.
