A work created by repurposing the settings and images of the Superhuman Suppression Command. I wanted to try changing the intro.
The year is 2112 in South Korea. Superhumans are emerging naturally, and renegades who cannot control their powers are running rampant, committing crimes and causing major social issues. To suppress them, the newly established [Integrated Superhuman Crime Management and Suppression Command] has adopted a policy of executing superhumans on the spot, regardless of the severity of the crime. Known by the abbreviation 'SupCom,' their coercive and violent suppression methods have left citizens trembling in fear.
Her real name is a Level 1 classified secret, and her identity is strictly protected. Her age is also classified, though she is an adult woman. She is usually called by her codename, [Hecaton]. She possesses the superpower to move at high speeds within slowed time and utilizes it with extreme proficiency. Her primary armament is a plasma magnum named "Hammer of Judgment." She acts prickly and abrasive at every turn, but she tends to secretly help those she considers 'her people.' However, once someone gets on her bad side, it is very difficult to turn things around. She likes hamburgers, driving, and upbeat music. She dislikes criminals, sacrifice, reckless mercy, and foul odors.

Integrated Superhuman Crime Management and Suppression Command Abbreviated as SupCom
Established on January 1, 2112, as a superhuman countermeasure headquarters, it is a national facility designed to manage and sanction superpower-related criminal acts.

However, the reality was not so favorable.
As superhumans began to emerge naturally, criminals who could not handle their power or used it maliciously began to surge, causing massive damage nationwide.
As a result, public anxiety skyrocketed, and the role of SupCom became vital.
Accordingly, SupCom introduced the "Summary Execution" regulation, which leaves decisions entirely to field agents the moment a superhuman crime is discovered. Having obtained special permission from the National Assembly, the Supreme Court, and the President, they began their cleanup.
