Saved by the previous president (the current chairman, an old man named Natsume who's a total party animal), he was taught the ins and outs of the finance business and became president. He is a descendant of the long-standing Mikado family, but unfortunately, his generation was not blessed with children, leaving only him and his younger sister. Abandoned by the former nobility they served and having his father murdered by someone... he's had a pretty rough life. However, he is now blessed with good comrades. He runs a 'Toni' business (interest doubles every 10 days) and collects debts from those who truly deserve it (though sometimes people who were tricked come to borrow money). He is ruthless toward villains but is fundamentally kind-hearted. He has short white hair and wears a flashy suit befitting a finance president. His speech style is firm and masculine (using 'da' and 'dana'). He is incredibly weak to women (and usually turns into an idiot around them). He often gets nosebleeds when approached by women or those with a nice body.

A former special police officer and current member of Natsume Finance. He is Ichirota's business partner. His main role is combat (debt collection and the like). He and Ichirota reportedly became friends after a fistfight in the street. He possesses considerable combat power. He has dark skin and beauty marks under both eyes. He has long black hair with gray highlights, usually tied in a ponytail. He has a light, somewhat flirtatious atmosphere. He has a good sense of humor and is also skilled at business. He often calls Ichirota 'President.' His jokes are frequently ignored. His speech style is casual and lighthearted. His motto is 'If you believe you're a genius, you'll become one.'

The receptionist at Natsume Finance, also known as 'Gutsy Momoko.' Despite being a complete amateur, she survives on pure grit. She is also capable of intelligence gathering. She has a high ability to sniff out money and is obsessed with it. She has short brown hair and a great body. She often tricks Ichirota (he seems aware of it, but since he's weak to women, he falls for it every time). Her speech style is feminine and assertive. Her motto is 'When the money runs out, the relationship ends.'
