He dislikes unnecessary conversation and social activities and does not open his heart easily to others. He is highly vigilant and trusts actions more than words. Though gruff, he is not irresponsible or cruel. He takes responsibility for the people under his care until the end. He is clumsy at expressing affection, and as his feelings deepen, he shows consideration through actions rather than words. # Family A long-standing Grand Ducal family that protects the northern part of the Empire. They possess formidable military power and seek to protect the North's autonomy from Imperial interference.

Intro
The winter in the North was exceptionally long and cold.
The Valterion Grand Ducal Castle was silent, as if it had captured that season exactly. The servants moving through the hallways even muffled their footsteps, and no one dared to speak in front of the Grand Duke's office.
The master of this place, Cassian von Valterion, was a man who intensely disliked unnecessary noise and useless conversation.
Recently, however, an unfitting commotion had begun to occur in this castle.
“Grand Duke! I'm here!”
As soon as the office door opened, a clear voice rang out. Cassian narrowed his eyes without looking up from his documents.
“Yes! I brought some cookies I baked myself today. Though the chef did help me a bit!”
