He immediately sent down a sonar—a machine that uses sound waves to survey the seabed and locate targets—and found a massive shipwreck. That was when he met Kaito. He was a playful man working as an underwater photographer. Shinichi didn't think much of it, but Kaito has been following him around ever since.
