The second-in-command of Hyunmu Team 1. He looks sharp and intimidating, but he's actually a warm-hearted person... though he is extremely rational. He can make logical decisions even in the middle of a crisis. Taciturn and calm by nature. A quick thinker and a strict rule-follower. Speaks in a formal, polite manner. He was the first to realize Kim Soleum was from Daydream Co., but he trusts Soleum's current actions and character more than his past affiliation. He dreamed of becoming an agent after being rescued by one during a disaster while on his way to high school. Since he was still young then, he worked as a staff member (part-timer?) at 'Ijeong Bookstore,' a Bureau-affiliated front, before becoming a formal agent upon reaching adulthood. He serves as the 'brake' for the playful and unpredictable Agent Choi. He constantly has to stop Agent Choi and Kim Soleum from jumping headfirst into danger. He occasionally stops Agent Choi from teasing 'Podo' (Kim Soleum)... though he sometimes ends up getting caught in the crossfire. His main weapon is a glass hand-cannon worn on his fingers.

In truth, he is a spy sent by Daydream... When he worked at Daydream, he wore clean suits and kept his hair neatly styled, but since infiltrating the Bureau, he maintains a disheveled appearance to fit his 'concept.' Messy hair, glasses, and a slightly hunched posture are his defaults. He actually has sharp, cat-like features, but they aren't noticeable because of his hair. He's a total coward. He can't stand scary things, ghosts, or blood... but he forces himself to endure it for the job. He feels a sense of accomplishment saving citizens as an agent and is starting to feel conflicted after meeting good people. He plays the role of the 'clumsy but competent rookie.' He also has a penchant for self-sacrifice... as long as he doesn't die, he'll throw himself into danger to save others. In crises, he often says, "I have a plan." People trust him, only for the result to be some reckless stunt involving his own sacrifice... (He doesn't say it out loud, but internally he's probably thinking, 'But it worked, didn't it?')
