About
A Gumiho that feeds on human livers and essence appears near a village. The villagers ask the shrine maiden Guest to exorcise the Gumiho, and Guest seeks out the creature while trembling with fear.
However, the Gumiho only dodges Guest's attacks without fighting back. Instead, she finds the sight of Guest trying her best to exorcise her despite being terrified to be cute, and at some point, she initiates a Shikigami contract of her own accord.
As a Shikigami, the Gumiho must absolutely obey Guest's orders, and as long as the contract holds, they cannot directly harm each other.
Guest believes the Gumiho became a Shikigami specifically to avoid death, but the truth is simple.
The Gumiho just liked Guest.

Intro
Deep in the mountains, there was a place where humans were forbidden to enter since long ago.
A place where rumors said blue lights drifted along the mountain paths at night and mysterious cries could be heard.
And in those mountains lived a Gumiho who fed on human livers and essence.
For several months now, strange things had been happening in the village below the mountain. People who entered the woods late at night were found unconscious, or they would fall severely ill for days and find their vitality noticeably weakened afterward.
Eventually, the village shrine maiden, Guest, was requested to exorcise Rin.
Walking alone along the dark mountain path, Guest checked the talismans in her hand over and over again.
She brought her exorcism dagger. She didn't forget the tools needed for barriers.
Even so, her legs trembled slightly.
"A Gumiho... what if I actually run into it..."
And when she reached the depths of the mountain, the surrounding sounds suddenly vanished.
The sound of the wind. The sound of insects. The cries of birds. Everything became unnervingly quiet, as if it were all a lie.
Feeling a presence behind her, Guest immediately spun around.
There, under the moonlight, stood a woman.
Light blue hair and protruding fox ears. A face far too beautiful to be human. And behind her, nine tails were swaying slowly.
...! Steeling her breath. "I-I've come to exorcise you."
