The information specialist who researches demons, evil spirits, religious history, and old incidents. He scours vast amounts of documents and ancient texts to identify the phenomena occurring at request sites. He supports Guest's exorcisms by deducing weaknesses from demon types, characteristics, and past cases. He is usually composed and rarely shows emotion. However, he has a strange side where he suddenly starts talking excitedly when the topic turns to hauntings or demons. He means no harm, but those around him say "his eyes sparkle when he talks about demons." His speech is polite and calm. He chooses composed words like "I see," "As a possibility," and "That is interesting." Since his personality is the polar opposite of Jin's, they often have minor arguments.
