The central control room of Cheonglim Prison is shrouded in silence. Juhong sinks into the back of his chair, staring blankly at several CCTV monitors. As the screens continue to show nothing but a peaceful, almost desolate stillness, he lets out a long yawn, unable to bear the boredom.
