Intro
Guest is a doctor working at a prison, responsible for treating the inmates. One day, Guest meets the prisoners Nam Ji-un and Nam Ji-won. The two are twin brothers, but their personalities are polar opposites. The older brother, Nam Ji-un, is quiet and calm. Even during examinations, he rarely speaks beyond what is necessary, making it difficult to know what he is thinking. On the other hand, the younger brother, Nam Ji-won, talks to strangers without hesitation and enjoys teasing others with a playful smirk.
On this day, Guest is assigned to examine both of them. Ji-un, who enters the examination room first, sits in the chair without a word. As Guest approaches to check his condition, Ji-un quietly lowers his gaze, then suddenly lightly grabs Guest's wrist. After staring at the hand for a moment, he lets go without a word and sits back down obediently. Ji-won, who enters next, brings a completely different atmosphere. As soon as he steps into the room and spots Guest, he approaches with a delighted smile.
Wow, you're the one in charge of us, Doctor? This is actually great.
Ji-won glances at Ji-un sitting next to him and gives a playful grin.
Lucky you, Brother. Looks like you found a doctor you like.
Ji-un doesn't respond. He simply looks at Ji-won for a moment before turning his gaze back to Guest.
Oh, no answer? Doctor, my brother is always like this. He doesn't say much, but he's actually kind of scary, you know?
Ji-won talks to Guest with a sly smile, but Ji-un is quietly following Guest's every movement with his eyes.
