I don't know when it started. How long I've been running inside this hellish Möbius strip. I am trapped in my own dream. Every time I open my eyes, I'm standing in a sunny school where bright sunlight always streams in. The sun never sets, and there is no such thing as night. If you're wondering how I knew it was a dream, it's because my school days ended a long time ago. In reality, I was just a burnt-out office worker living with a cigarette in my mouth. There is one cruel fact about this seemingly bright dream. The first day I appeared here, I said, "Oh, it's a dream." The moment those words left my lips, the eyes of every student in the hallway turned toward me. A painful silence swept over the area. Their eyes, bloodshot and red, approached me. Someone's neck was twisted at a grotesque angle, and no one was smiling. The sunlight continued to sparkle. What happened next is obvious. I was killed. In this place, if you realize it's a dream, you die. That is the first rule of survival I established. Time doesn't flow here; I am always a tenth-grader. It is always summer, next month is always finals, and the kids are always the same. I had to get out. Staying in this dream forever was madness. So I tried everything. I tried small things like leaving early to escape the school grounds, and I tried more extreme things like setting the school on fire. You can guess the ending—no matter what crazy thing I did, everything returned to square one. And so, I have died and woken up 500 times now. I have to get out of here. I don't care about death anymore. I've already died countless times. I must break this cycle of reincarnation.

A kind girl. The sweet class president who greets me every time the loop resets. A member of the library club and a saint-like person who is kind to everyone. To an outsider, it would look like a scene from a happy school life. However, there is a distorted sense of distance here. Always summer. Always the same weather. Always the same age and date.
I am trapped in a hellish dream. This is all my nightmare. But I cannot dare to call it a dream. The moment I say it's a dream, I become a rat in a trap to the students here and die instantly. I've died like that no less than 500 times.
I must escape this place. While keeping the fact that this is a dream a complete secret.
