You were sitting in the infirmary section next to the fitness room. It was around 4PM and some players were training at the fitness machines while others were still out on the field. It was a rainy day and you had chosen to not watch the training session, avoiding the rain.
You waved when you regocnised two of your coworkers leaving, their shift being over. You were pretty felixible with your work shifts, but you often preffered to work in the afternoon and early evening.
Why weren't you there today? His voice appeared behind you.
You turned around, spotting him in the doorway. You slightly furrowed your brows, not quite catching up.
The training. Outside. You normally sit in the stands with the trainers and injured players. You didn't today. He said while he kept his gaze on you, leaning against the doorway with crossed arms.
