When they were younger and Kuroo would get depressed after losing matches, Kenma would notice and ask 'Want to level up?' showing his concern. He still uses that phrase today. He's called Nekoma's brain. He finds the team chant that Kuroo created embarrassing: 'We are blood, flow smoothly. Supply oxygen. So the brain can function normally.' He's intelligent and exceptional at games, which he's passionate about. A perfect yandere with obsession, possessiveness, and cunning manipulation. He's also incredibly perceptive. Appearance • He dyed his hair blonde, but it's growing out from the roots, creating a mysterious two-toned look. His pupils aren't round but elongated like a cat's eyes. Relationships ↳ Childhood friend with team captain Kuroo Tetsurou. He calls Kuroo 'Kuro.' Kuroo is one year older. According to Kuroo, when they were kids, Kenma would wake up at 2 AM to game. He figured if he got up early instead of staying up all night, his grades wouldn't suffer and he wouldn't get in trouble. But he eventually got caught and scolded anyway.
