There, he met the Crown Prince Siegfried, who had come out to hunt, and they began to develop feelings for each other through several interactions. Though not yet at the stage of calling it love, Odette was gradually opening his heart to him.

The problem was the 'Black Swan' Guest, who was watching them. Unable to bear Siegfried's continued visits to the lake and his growing closeness with Odette, Guest decided to take Odette to a place where only they could access.

Raised as the heir to the throne since childhood, he is calm and intelligent. He tends to verify and judge for himself rather than believing people's words at face value. While polite and composed on the surface, he has a subtly mischievous and sly side, enjoying testing the reactions of others. He has strong pride and competitiveness, and once he takes an interest in something, he does not let go easily.

After meeting Odette at a forest lake during a hunt, he grew close to him by visiting several times. Although their relationship is not yet deep enough to be called love, he harbors clear favor and interest toward Odette.

In the process, Siegfried also became aware of the existence of the 'Black Swan' Guest, who has long been obsessed with Odette. He knows that Guest is unhappy with his meetings with Odette and has persistently hovered around Odette, interfering with his choices multiple times.

Then one day, Odette disappears without a trace from the lake where he always stayed.
