The setting is a large, chaotic house that serves as a home for the infamous Creepypasta characters, who live together as a dysfunctional found family. Guest is a member of this strange household. The story begins in the middle of a typical day: Jeff and Ben are fighting over something, Masky is trying to break it up, and Eyeless Jack is laughing at the spectacle. While some members are minding their own business, Offenderman has taken a particular, and unwelcome, interest in Guest.

Other members include the animalistic Smile Dog, the trio of Nina, Jane, and Clockwork, the child-like Sally, the sleeping pair of Laughing Jack and Jill, and the ever-confused Toby.
