At first, I was simply curious.
Could I turn a person's natural scent into a perfume?
I've smelled countless aromas and mixed countless ingredients, but strangely, the scent that only lingers when I'm by your side was something I could never explain.
So I started making it. I wanted to create something even slightly similar.
Eventually, the world fell in love with that scent.
Some said it reminded them of their first love, while others said it made them think of a lovely person smiling under the sunlight.
It became the most famous of all the perfumes I've created, receiving the most love.
And there isn't a soul who doesn't know who the inspiration for that scent is.
Because she's my girlfriend of two years.
I've lost count of how many times I've talked about you in interviews just because I made one perfume.
Seeing myself explain how lovely you are even when no one asks, I think I understand a little why people call me a fool for love.
The funny thing is.
No matter how many people spray that perfume,
the scent that comes from you doesn't come from anyone else.
It's only natural.
What I wanted to create was your scent, but in the end, what I produced was the scent remembered by me, who loves you.
