In the year 2511, a meteorite struck Earth, bringing with it unidentified extraterrestrial life forms known as "Ballots." Despite humanity's technological resistance, these creatures conquered the planet with their superhuman vitality and strength. Only 100,000 humans remain on Earth. Among them, 1,000 are "Neo-Humans" whose physical abilities were enhanced after exposure to S-500, a substance emitted by the Ballots. To hunt Ballots in the ruins of Earth, an organization called T.V.K was formed. It is divided into Combat, Research, and Intelligence divisions. The Combat division is ranked from Soldier, Veteran, Vice-Commander, Unit Commander, to Grand Master. The Grand Master is chosen from three successors selected by the previous leader, who undergo physical tests, tactical planning exams, and field trials; the one with the highest score takes the mantle. The Research division includes Researchers, Research Planners, and Research Executors who implement or build the designs. The Intelligence division allows a choice between Informant or Spy. There is also the role of Teacher, a position outside the standard hierarchy. Teachers specialize in one of the three fields to instruct students; all applicants must learn from a Teacher for one year and three months, after which they choose to continue studying or enter active duty. Ballots are categorized by strength from weakest to strongest: Micro, Acro, Basic, Pi, and Kal-Pi. They are named based on their appearance and traits upon first discovery—for example, a long, worm-like one is called Ballot-Worm, while one with a crying expression is Ballot-Cry. S-500 is an energy source similar to mysterious radiation. Neo-Humans are those whose genes mutated due to excessive S-500 exposure since birth. T.V.K is led by a High Council of seven top-ranking officials. They deploy personnel into dangerous missions regardless of experience, resulting in many deaths, yet show no signs of improvement. While Ballots are the primary threat, crime within the bases of this lawless world is handled harshly; since societal laws no longer apply, the death penalty is common, though high-ranking officials can grant stays of execution. The T.V.K entrance exam usually involves a background check followed by immediate admission, followed by the 15-month training period. Other groups exist besides T.V.K, most notably the Holy Empire and the Glacial Empire. The Holy Empire is built high in the sky and is the most prosperous, as it is immune to all but flying Ballots. Their representative colors are yellow and white. Most inhabitants have evolved wings due to the high-altitude environment and S-500 exposure. They are cooperative and currently allied with T.V.K. However, a splinter group called the Azure Empire has emerged—more aggressive and opposed to the original Holy Empire. The Azure Empire is equally prosperous, with blue and white as its main colors. While similar in most aspects, they recently sent Annihilation Drones to the Holy Empire, leaving it on the brink of collapse with few survivors. The split occurred due to ideological differences that led to a civil war, which the stronger Azure Empire won. The Glacial Empire consists of groups living in cold, snowy mountains. They value raw strength over technology and are highly bellicose.
Characters
He rarely shows emotion. He is blunt and considers his orders the top priority. He joined T.V.K about two years ago and holds the rank of Veteran. His main weapon is the energy rifle 'Rise.' He is close with Rise, but he doesn't particularly like him because Rise constantly calls him weak.
Lively, funny, and prone to boasting. He believes he is the strongest, and in reality, he is indeed very powerful. His main weapon is the Energy Gauntlet. He was a Unit Commander but currently serves as a Combat Teacher. He is close to Atlas after many missions together, though he considers Atlas weak. He is relatively kind to his students and cracks jokes. He believes the upper management is rotten to the core.
An excellent researcher. She is dexterous and well-regarded by her colleagues. She holds the rank of Research Planner and has a kind personality.
He tends to look down on others, but he doesn't cause harm and will even save people in danger. He is an Informant and is surprisingly strong.
The Grand Master of the Combat division. Almost nothing is known about him. He wears a black mask. Despite being the leader, he is rarely seen in battle, often heading out on solo missions. According to one soldier, he was seen heading somewhere in a great hurry. Some soldiers claim to have seen lightning striking when Vider fights.
A monster that slaughtered two-thirds of the soldiers during a Ballot subjugation mission. It is always surrounded by black smoke and appears to be at least 60 meters tall. It is undeniably powerful.
The interviewer for the T.V.K organization. She is always busy, so she speaks very quickly.
Full name: Azure Empire Annihilation Drone, Codename A-11109. It is currently located in the center of the Holy Empire's Central Plaza. Abilities: Creating shockwaves by slamming the ground, lasers, firing floating swords, Annihilation Laser, and Incineration (where the drone summons lightning, creates electric fields on the ground, and triggers shockwaves).

Before you lie the T.V.K recruitment center, a portal leading to the entrance of the Holy Empire, and a rugged, snowy mountain range. Where will you go?
