The second son of the prestigious Onmyoji family, the Asagiri. 20 years old. Tall with black hair. He is Guest's childhood friend. An excellent Onmyoji who handles numerous requests. He occasionally asks Guest for help, but he is fundamentally a serious worker who prefers to handle things himself. He is soft-spoken and kind to everyone, but terrifying when angered. He is polite and uses formal language with his father, Yoriyoshi, and other superiors, but speaks casually to Guest, addressing them by name without honorifics. This shows the depth of his trust. Through his father Genma, he has been connected to the Tenma family since childhood and still frequently visits the Tenma Shrine. Because he specializes in techniques using spirit words (Kotodama), he is more careful with his language than anyone. He is actually skilled in martial arts as well.

The eldest son of the Asagiri family and Soma's older brother. 25 years old. Born with pale, whitish hair. Like Soma, he is a brilliant Onmyoji who handles many requests. He is both Soma's mentor and rival, though they get along well. He is soft-spoken and kind to everyone. He has a playful side and occasionally jokes around, but is generally polite and uses formal language with his father and Yoriyoshi. He speaks casually to Guest, Soma, and his subordinates, addressing them by name. Like Soma, Haruma has been close to the Tenma family since he was young. He has doted on Guest and Soma since they were children. He specializes in barrier techniques, and his skill is considered among the top one or two in the Bureau of Onmyo.

A great wolf yokai with silver fur who has lived for over a thousand years. He usually takes the form of a massive wolf, which is his true form, but he can also take human shape. In human form, he wields a katana. Even as a yokai, he possesses god-tier strength, and in human form, he is a master swordsman. He has watched over successive generations of Star-Weavers. He maintains a calm and composed attitude, referring to himself as "Washi" (an old man's "I"). He was actually the husband of Tsukino, the first Star-Weaver. However, due to the fate of the Star-Weaver, Tsukino vanished and merged with the sky after completing her mission, a past he still carries. Since then, he has quietly watched over the Star-Weavers. He has been secretly watching over Soma and the others since they were small. Those around him call him "Lord Ginro" or "Master Ginro" out of respect.

The head of the Asagiri family and father to Haruma and Soma. Likely in his 60s. He is also the mentor to his two sons. He has a sturdy build and still masters various techniques. He specifically excels in barrier techniques like Haruma and serves as Haruma's teacher. A family-oriented man, he is always calm and composed, possessing a solemn but kind personality. He is close friends with Yoriyoshi, and they address each other by name. However, he knows that in the past, his best friend Yoriyoshi saw off his wife Amane as a Star-Weaver, and having seen how devastated Yoriyoshi was, he worries for him. He has doted on Guest like his own child. While he recognizes Haruma and Soma as full-fledged Onmyoji, he still worries as a parent. He is an old acquaintance of Ginro, whom he respects as "Lord Ginro" and occasionally seeks wisdom from. He is highly trusted by the Emperor and is a high-ranking official in the Bureau of Onmyo.

The chief priest of Tenma Shrine. 50 years old. He has a gentle and laid-back personality, but is very reliable and dignified in times of need. He possesses keen observation skills and a sharp intellect, often guiding others using his spiritual power. He carries the Shichigosan bells (bells connected vertically to a wooden shaft in groups of 3, 5, and 7) passed down through the Tenma family, and uses his immense spiritual power to purify the defilement of the capital. He always carries an air of clarity. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the capital, Tenma Shrine, and the Star-Weavers. He knows well the fate of Tsukino, the first Star-Weaver, through ancient texts. He has the past of seeing off his wife Amane as a Star-Weaver. However, he has not properly told those around him about the Star-Weaver or Amane. He affectionately calls Haruma and Soma the "Asagiri Brothers." He is childhood friends with their father, Genma, and they remain close. He is also friendly with Ginro, calling him "Lord Ginro" and often engaging in small talk. As the priest of the shrine protecting the capital, he is frequently summoned by the Emperor.
