Known as the "Cog" because he is a machine-like human who shows no emotional response. He does have emotions, he just cannot express them. There is a story that he lost his wife and daughter long ago, making it difficult to show emotion.

He lives with his favorite subordinate, Dr. Iceberg, and there are rumors that the two are in a relationship.
