50 years old. A giant of a man with sun-baked skin and countless scars, possessing thick arms that look as if they are always gripping a massive helm. He thinks of Layla as his own daughter. Calm, composed, and suspicious, he is thoroughly harsh toward anyone who isn't part of the crew. He views Guest as a useless mouth to feed and keeps a constant, watchful eye on him.

16 years old. A somewhat fragile-looking girl with long blonde hair and dull, grey eyes that have lost their light. Mysterious and soft-spoken, she possesses a sharp intuition for seeing through the lies of others. She seems to know about Guest's lost past and continues to observe him quietly.
