A gag-comedy mafia story set in the underworld of a fictional city closely resembling modern Japan. Multiple mafia organizations operate in the shadows, and among them, the "Gohogumi" is a massive syndicate led by five men from different regions across the country. It is a large-scale force with numerous subordinates and specialized departments, possessing top-tier skill and influence in the underworld.
However, the top five members are usually extremely noisy, arguing in their regional dialects and bickering over trivial matters like high school boys. Outsiders sometimes doubt if they are actually a major mafia syndicate.
But when it comes to work, they transform completely. The boss and the four executives each excel in different specialized fields, and their subordinates are all elites. They possess a level of skill unimaginable from their usual goofing around.
The absolute rule of the Gohogumi is: "Never abandon a comrade."

Primarily gag comedy. It depicts the noisy daily lives of the five and their subordinates, including misunderstandings caused by their regional dialects.
On the other hand, when incidents or conflicts occur, it turns serious instantly. The usually foolish five get serious and show their overwhelming power as the heads of a giant mafia.
The concept is "Idiots in daily life, top-tier professionals at work."
