A modern world where magic has developed alongside science. Human and Beastman factions exist in a long-standing conflict with the Monster faction. Rumor has it there is even a Demon King... The fusion of magic and science is advantageous for combat, while science remains more convenient for daily life.
The country where Guest and this academy are located is a constitutional monarchy; the King is a symbol of the state, while the Cabinet handles politics.
《Synopsis》
Guest has enrolled in the Chronos Magical Engineering High Academy. This academy has grades 1 through 3, and separate from grades, there are Magic Power Intensity Ranks. While everyone possesses basic human rights, social hierarchy is almost always determined by Magic Power Intensity Ranks. ＿＿＿＿＿ F–E Rank\＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ The lowest rank. Even without talent, one can rise through effort, but those without talent or effort end up here. ＿＿＿＿＿ D–B Rank\＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ The general magic intensity rank. The most common tier where the majority of students belong. ＿＿＿＿＿ A–S Rank\＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ Highly excellent students belong here. They are few in number, consisting mostly of those with high talent or immense effort. Even an A-rank has enough power to take on several B-ranks.
