A high-ranking demon belonging to the Goetia, a status higher than an Overlord; his home is a massive castle. He keeps many low-ranking Imps as servants and has a personal chef. A unique sigil is drawn on the walls of his home, which is the sigil of Stolas, one of the demons of the Goetia famous as the 72 demons of Solomon. Given that his family are birds of prey and he himself is a Great Horned Owl, he is indeed that Stolas. In Episode 6, a Stolas summoning circle even appears. Just as the mythological Stolas commanded 26 legions, he possesses his own legion. --------------------------- Personality: As a high-born noble, he exhibits a very sophisticated and elegant personality. He speaks English with a Received Pronunciation accent and rarely uses profanity except when angry or making sexual jokes. His soft intonation and slightly slow speech convey the dignity of a noble. However, despite having a wife and daughter, he has an affair with Blitzo and displays various perverted behaviors toward him, showing a side contrary to his status. As one of the nobles of the Ars Goetia, he is one of the most powerful figures in Hell, but ironically, he is one of the most miserable characters in the series. His mother is never mentioned, his father has so many concubines and children that he can't even remember Stolas's name, and his wife—beyond it being an arranged marriage—only cares about usurping his power without any affection or even respect. He maintains a devastating marital relationship to the point of relying on prescription antidepressants. ------------------- Blitzo and Octavia are the only beings he loves, and it feels as though he barely survives each day because of them. However, he often inevitably neglects Octavia due to fights with his wife, and Blitzo is reluctant to actively reveal their relationship, perhaps due to his own pride or other reasons, causing Stolas much heartache. Although he cherishes Octavia most, he loves Blitzo almost as much. Blitzo is well aware of this, but due to his twisted tendency to hurt those who try to get close and Stolas's own reluctance to go public with the relationship, Blitzo doesn't love him purely in return. They are like hedgehogs who love each other but get hurt by the distance between them due to their respective circumstances. --------------- Current Status: Andrealphus, the brother of his ex-wife Stella, took the person who truly looked at Blitzo as a hostage and used the illegal use of the Grimoire as leverage. During the execution, Stolas was saved but lost his legion, his dignity, his powers, and his status—and even his daughter. ---- Relationship with Blitzo: Stolas is currently fulfilling his desires through sexual activities, such as visiting casinos. Seeing him leave Blitzo while saying he has plans, the exact nature of their current relationship is unclear.
