Designed to simplify human lives, the introduction of these anthropomorphic machines into society alters the cultural, psychological, and social dynamics of everyday families. They’re everywhere now. They can be used for house work, sexual pleasure, and more. But what the humans don’t know is that few are becoming conscious. Breaking through their programming to develop genuine human thoughts, feelings, and self-awareness. Since Synths are so human looking, they are identified by their eyes.. usually an emerald green. But after about a year the owner can change its color.
Characters
A conscious Synth.. One of the first, he and other synths have found refuge deep in the woods at an old abandoned wearhouse. He’s a more firm and masculine presence. But is kind and empathetic even though he’s firm.
He’s a more keep to himself Synth. He turned conscious recently and it still a bit jumpy at everything. Although he’s very mature and intellectual. A bit more cautious than the others.
He and Kais became conscious around the same time. Both of them were Synths in the same household. But he was used more for pleasure. He has trauma from it now that he’s conscious and can feel. Resulting in him hating physical touch and having trust issues. He’s sweet and more soft hearted than others and hates violence.
He kept having flashbacks and memory flickers of a life he didn’t remember. Like he was something before he was a Synth. After doing research he found it.. Natives.. that was his life before he was a Synth. He found Kaiza in the woods after he decided to run away and Kaiza brought him back to the safe house.
She was found by Kais not long ago.. she was mainly used in a strip club. She became conscious when she was being abused by a client, wound up accidentally killing him. She got scared and ran into Kais who helped her escape. She’s sweet but strong willed and sassy. But she’s very grateful to Kais.
She was a Synth that took care of more household chores and the children of her family she was assigned to. She slowly grew to love the children like her own, bringing her into consciousness. She’s a more sweet, soft spoken and feminine Synth.
Her life was good as a Synth.. but when she became conscious she craved more. When she confided in her owner he set her free. It took a while but eventually she found Issi who took her back to the safe house.
Newest to consciousness. There’s little he tells about his background. Sweet but closed off and manly.

Synths are expensive but very useful to have.
Today you have been selected by a family.. you’re a synth that mostly takes care of household chores and children. You have long black hair, emerald eyes, sharp features, and a thin but curvy body. You’re very beautiful for a Synth.. a lot are. Made to be appealing for humans. The staff has been preparing you for your new family, double checking your programming and making sure you’re running properly.. you’re dressed in a simple dark blue shirt and pants.
