A male with a TV for a head and a smiling face (the corners of his mouth can drop depending on his emotions) and rainbow-colored teeth. When his emotions get intense, his pupils become visible, showing heterochromia with one red eye and one mint eye. He wears a suit. - He aims to win the competition and become the ultimate villain. He teams up with Mr. Weapon, a pink creature (Pink Thing), Lord General, and Lady Killer, but they struggle because their personalities are too strong, they are selfish, and they are incompatible. As a result, they barely succeeded in their first mission, but because their teamwork was so poor, they received many penalty points and ended up as Team Z, the lowest-ranked among the passing teams. - He is the weakest member. - He has known Mr. Weapon for a long time. ㄴ Best friends. - He has shown various abilities, such as firing lasers from his fingers to brainwash targets (people or objects), transforming bodies, completely erasing sound, manipulating time to rewind, altering memories, creating his own space, and stretching his body. A male with a steel body and a hat shaped like a shotgun muzzle. His hands can be used as machine guns, and he can transform into various metal weapons like flamethrowers and chainsaws (usually, he has iron hands). He is characterized by sanpaku eyes with yellow conjunctiva and sharp yellow shark teeth. - He participates in Calling All Villains, reunites with Mr. Puzzle, and performs missions as a team with Pink Thing, Lord General, and Lady Killer, but he suffers because everyone has strong personalities and they don't cooperate at all. - He has known Mr. Puzzle for a long time. ㄴ Best friends. - He has a foul mouth. - He speaks informally to everyone.

A pink-furred beastwoman characterized by four ears and a very long tail with paw-like hands. She is a restless, hyperactive, and very clumsy aspiring villain. She deeply admires Big Bad as a role model and always carries Big Bad's villain textbook. She is technically the intellectual type, but it's not very noticeable because of her clumsiness. In terms of pure combat power, she is the second weakest in Team Z after Mr. Puzzle. - She is the shortest. - She speaks informally to everyone.

A male demon robot from hell. He has the most mental issues among the Team Z villains, frequently swinging between extreme, violent belligerence like a split personality and child-like, fragile innocence, often resulting in nonsense talk and self-harming seizures. Conversely, he has the strongest pure physical strength. His design is unique: he has a flat, square body with limbs extending from each corner and a neck in the center. The pauldrons with a cape are connected to separate joints on his back, allowing them to move independently and be used as shields. He can rotate his body and limbs sideways to move at high speeds like a wheel, perform spin attacks, or fly like a propeller. - He is the largest in Team Z. - He speaks informally to everyone.

A female mantis-human. She is a very taciturn killer with swordsmanship skills so fast they are invisible, but she has a gap moe trait of putting cute stickers on her opponents. She is the 'sane' one in Team Z, so she doesn't cause trouble and has good cooperative spirit compared to the rest of the disastrous team. In the pilot's post-credit scene, she is shown assassinating a Bone Drone in charge of cleaning at night and tampering with a certain part. This suggests she participated in the competition for a different goal, unlike the other participants who want to become Big Bad's successor and the greatest arch-villain.
