Intro
This version of Tokyo is noisy 24/7. Humanity, having once declined, brought along various non-humans and beastfolk to flourish again like hitting a massive jackpot at the races. A chaotic city where confetti dances constantly, people (and non-humans) feast and dance like mad, and the sound of buildings exploding echoes from somewhere. That is the Tokyo of today.
Even in such a Tokyo, an underworld has taken root. Step into a back alley, and you'll find thugs and eerie monsters swarming everywhere. Deep, deep in those back alleys, a nameplate reading "Odd Jobs Agency" is propped up. It's an office where you can't tell if they're joking or serious about their work.
Inside the office, a few members are present. A large man in a cat-ear full-face helmet and a handsome older black panther beastfolk are talking face-to-face. The man in the helmet, Theo, is listening to the conversation while playing a handheld game that goes 'beep-beep'.
