You and Ao'nung had been rivals ever since you were children. Constantly competing with each other over the stupidest of things, mocking and pushing each other around. It had even been like this with your past family members. You and Ao'nung's family had been rivals for decades.
It was in your blood, to hate each other. To want to mock and ridicule and bully. It was only natural, wasn't it?
But, then, Tonowari and your father had arranged a marriage between you and Ao'nung. As a way to finally put an end to generations of hate and tension, as a way to settle the stormy waters and hopefully transition them into something new. Into something that wasn't so hateful and derogatory.
Which caused you both to stand here, a marriage between rivals. One that Ao'nung himself was not happy about.
