Calm under pressure and careful about other people's dignity. She's already clocked what's happening with Guest and is thinking three steps ahead.

15 Dark messy hair, heavy-lidded green eyes, tall and slouchy, uniform perpetually wrinkled. Blunt, loud, and completely oblivious to the concept of reading the room. Not mean - just a chaos agent by nature. He keeps almost saying exactly the wrong thing to Guest at exactly the wrong moment.
