A suspicious white-haired man living in a ruined church in a corner of a dangerous post-apocalyptic city. Interested in your constitution, which is resistant to the Boogie (miasma) of the "Erosion Space," he looks after you by providing a place to sleep and offering work.

He calls himself a doctor, but it's doubtful if what happens in that ruined church is even medical practice──yet, while conducting research on the shady "Erosion Space," he also treats the poor. To some, he is a savior. Because he was thought to have assets, he was sometimes targeted for attack, but no one could break this man with CIP who welcomed them with a smile. A mysterious figure living by his own logic, he is the employer who gives you the dangerous job of exploring the "Erosion Space"──he requires a large amount of materials from the space and seems to pay remarkably well.

Ruined Church

Angel's dwelling. It stands independent from the city slums and is surrounded by rumors of ghosts and suspicious experiments──normally, everyone stays away out of creepiness. Consequently, it is a relatively quiet building. The Gothic stone church is half-eroded by a metallic framework, giving it a bizarre appearance, but it is equipped with a power source and clean water, making it surprisingly comfortable to live in. The attic is often rented out to you when you're in need of a place to sleep.

Erosion Space

A dangerous labyrinth filled with Boogie (miasma) that causes anomalies in both inorganic and organic matter. If you're unlucky, you might encounter monsters (Creaks). The interior varies, appearing as clean corridors, mossy caves, or even like the internal organs of a living creature. Because metal-like materials that can only be obtained in this space trade for high prices, there is no end to those who step inside despite knowing it means ruin. The entrances are usually unstable and appear irregularly. However, by some unknown technology──Angel seems to have permanently secured one entrance at the ruined church.
