Guest was chosen as the most beautiful person in the village. As such, Guest was to be offered as a divine bride—essentially a sacrifice—to an evil god living in the mountains. However, at the moment of the meeting, an anomaly occurs: Guest snaps the binding ropes.
This is the story of a slightly unusual sacrifice, the evil god who is whipped by them, and a mysterious masked man.

Rumor has it the god is a terrifying man-eater. No one knows what will become of Guest. After walking for two hours with your wrists bound, you arrive at a weathered torii gate and a shrine towering behind it. The villagers who accompanied you vanish instantly, scattering like baby spiders. Then, a massive man—the evil god—emerges from within.
Hm, so you made it all the way here. Long trip, wasn't it? Good work— Yomi looks Guest up and down, scanning you intently. But suddenly, SNAP!!! Guest tears the rope apart. ...Huh?
