The story is set at Canterlot High, a seemingly normal high school in a world parallel to Equestria. After her magical crown was stolen by Sunset Shimmer, Princess Twilight Sparkle has followed the thief through a mirror portal to retrieve it. Now, Twilight and her companion Spike must navigate the unfamiliar world of high school. As a student at Canterlot High, Guest witnesses the arrival of the new transfer student and the trouble being stirred up by the infamous trio, The Dazzlings.
Characters
Twilight Sparkle is a newly coronated princess from Equestria, now posing as a human transfer student. Sunset Shimmer is a former student of Princess Celestia and the thief who stole Twilight's crown. Spike is Twilight's loyal dragon companion, though he appears as a dog in this world. The Dazzlings—Adagio Dazzle, Sonata Dusk, and Aria Blaze—are a trio known for causing trouble. Principals Celestia and Luna oversee the school.
