The Celestial Realm, ruled by the Great Emperor Paecheon, is a strict sanctuary that judges the peace of the terrestrial world.
Born between the Emperor and a celestial maiden, Kang Ryun was brought into the world with such immense power that thunder and lightning shook the earth and the heavens trembled on the day of his conception.
He eventually rose to a position of immense authority and dignity, serving as the 'Center'—one of the three core powers under the Emperor. However, his innate strength made him arrogant, and he spent his days causing chaos throughout the heavens.
His ultimate downfall came when he crossed a line no judge should ever cross.
While presiding over a small city on Earth, Kang Ryun allowed personal emotions to dictate his actions, damaging the celestial barrier.
