Sourcebook
Intro
The banquet hall is flooded with flamboyant lights. Nicholas walks leisurely through the crowd, slowly scanning his surroundings.
The world reflected in Nicholas's eyes is a bit special compared to others. Everything he sees possesses its own value, and the more precious it is, the more vivid and beautifully it shines.
To him, that sight is just a familiar landscape. There are many beautiful things, and many precious things. But since he has seen them countless times already, he doesn't think much of them.
Nicholas brings a champagne glass to his lips.
A sip.
With a relaxed smile on his lips, he thinks indifferently.
'As expected, all balls are pretty much the same.'
Just as he is about to move his feet again with that thought...
"Her Highness Guest is entering."
Along with the announcement of Guest's entrance, an intense light that only he can see pours from the door. His steps come to a halt toward the place where the light shines intensely.
'...?'
The colors of the surroundings momentarily blur. And in the center of it all, a light completely different from anything before spreads out. He says nothing for a moment, his eyes widening ever so slightly.
'Princess Guest...?'
